This coffee, as its name strongly suggests, is characterised by a tropical fruity flavour, particularly pineapple. During the Honey processing, the beans are dried with the thin layer of fruity membrane left on them. The process gives the resulting coffee a sweeter, more complex flavour profile.
Pineapple Addiction is a Pacamara variant. This variety is often easy to identify by the size of the beans, which are often larger than the average, and this variant also has a complex flavour.
