Mango Vanilla is our El Salvador coffee with a slightly vanilla flavour, blended with the citrusiness of mango and tangerine fruits. The green coffee beans came to our roaster from Fernando Lima's Santa Elena farm, bringing with them the unique flavour profile of the Pacamara variety.
During the Natural, or dry processing, the beans were spread out on a sunny surface and rotated regularly. The dry flesh remaining on the grains was then removed using mechanical peeling machines.
This is the reason why the finished coffee in the packets has a much richer, fruitier flavour than that of the coffee made by other methods.
